Basketball Apparel Order Form
You can click on the link above to go to the Lids Team Sports website and follow the directions below to order your basketball apparel.
1.Go to the lidsteamsports.com on or after 10/5/11 and before 10/20/11.
2. Click on "Team Shop"
3. Type in the organization code (OCNOMCBBBLL) and click "Go to Form"
4. Select team merchandise and add to shopping cart
5. Once shopping is complete, click on "Checkout" and either register as new customer or log in with previously registered information.
